Some companies have a basic listing that our team wrote from public information. If one is for your company, you can claim it. You then manage it and can replace it with a full dashboard.
Claim the listing
- Find your company on browse and open its page. Unclaimed listings are marked Unclaimed.
- Under Is this your company?, choose Claim this listing.
- If you're not signed in, choose Sign in to claim or Create an account. Use your work email. You come straight back to the claim page.
- Enter Your role at the company.
- Tick the box to confirm you're authorized to represent the company and manage its listing.
- Choose Claim this listing.
The claim page may also show how many times Sponsors viewed the listing in the last 90 days.
How claims are approved
- If your email is on the same domain as the company's website, the claim is approved straight away.
- Otherwise, our team checks it, usually within 3 business days. Come back to the claim page to see where it stands.
If your claim isn't approved, the claim page tells you why, and you can try again.
Only one claim per listing can be open at a time. If someone else's claim is being reviewed, try again later or contact us.
After your claim is approved
You become the owner of the company account. Choose Open your company account to start your dashboard. You can invite teammates once you're in.
Until your first dashboard is approved, Sponsors still see the basic listing, with a note that your company is setting up its dashboard. See basic listings and full listings.
If the listing is already claimed
The claim page says so. Ask your company's account owner to invite you.
Don't want the listing at all? Choose Request removal on the listing's page instead.
