Your dashboard is what Sponsors see about your company. You work on a draft, and our team reviews each submission before it goes live.
Edit and save
- Go to My dashboard.
- Fill in the sections: details about your company, then one section for each of your vendor types.
- Choose Save draft as often as you like. Saving doesn't publish anything.
To see the draft the way Sponsors will, choose Preview as Sponsors will see it. The preview shows your latest saved draft.
If you try to leave with unsaved changes, you're asked to confirm first.
Submit for review
When you're ready, choose Save and submit for review. Your draft is saved first, then checked. If anything required is missing, the draft stays saved and you're taken to the first field to fix.
Your Overview page lists what's left under Before you can submit for review, and shows the latest review decision.
While it's under review
You can't edit the dashboard during a review. To make more changes, choose Withdraw to make changes. The submission goes back to being a draft, and you'll need to submit it again.
If your dashboard is already live, Sponsors keep seeing the current version until the new one is approved.
After the review
- Approved: your changes go live.
- Changes requested: our team's notes appear above the editor, and your submitted answers are back in the draft. Make the changes, then submit again.
Why changes are reviewed
Sponsors compare vendors field by field and rely on what they read. Our team checks every submission before it's published, so what Sponsors see is always a reviewed version.
Who can edit
Owners and editors can edit and submit. Viewers can see the dashboard but not change it. Owners can also open History to see every version and compare two of them. See invite teammates for roles.
If the platform team edits your draft on your behalf, the editor tells you.
