Analytics shows what Sponsors did with your listing over the last 12 weeks, up to yesterday.
What's counted
Under Last 12 weeks you see a total for each of these:
- Page views: times your page was opened.
- In Compare: times Sponsors added you to Compare, or compared you.
- Saved to shortlists: times a Sponsor saved a shortlist with you on it.
- Curated shortlist views: views of our curated shortlists that include you.
- Inquiries received: inquiries and quote requests you received.
Where there's enough to compare, each total also shows the change on the 12 weeks before.
Week by week
Week by week charts page views and inquiries received for each week. Weeks start on Monday. To see every number, choose Show as a table.
Responsiveness
Responsiveness, last 90 days shows:
- Inquiries answered: the share of inquiries your team replied to.
- Median first reply: the typical time, in hours, before your first reply. The platform median is shown next to it once at least 5 vendors have answered.
- Quote requests: how many you received, and how many you answered or declined.
How we keep it fair and private
- You see totals only. We never show who viewed you.
- Bots and our own tests aren't counted.
- Small numbers show as fewer than 5. Inquiries received are the exception: those are always exact.
Numbers are updated daily, so today's activity appears tomorrow.
